If your ex had naked pictures of you would you ask for them back?
And how would you do that? My ex of about a year is now with someone else (he kept telling me we might get back together he just needed space). I didn’t really think about it before because we still had a connection and I didn’t think it was over but now that it is I feel uncomfortable knowing that he has them and that she may someday run across them and I want them back.
We don’t talk so I feel wierd going to him for this… what do you guys think?

Your not going to get them back unless you ask. So ask. But, that does not mean you are going to get them back (sadly for you the pics are his now). Also, he may make copies. You know him and can probably predict his response. Good luck

Yes, get them back. However, he may have copied them or something similar if he is a perv. Just let it be a lesson that you never give naked pics to anyone and if you do you need to keep them.
You should because I know this girl that sent her bf naked photos and when they broke up he sent them to everybody including me. I still have them ; )
if they are hard copies you’re talking about, it’s reasonable to ask for them back, but he has the right to refuse. they are his, but he would be a decent guy to return them to u.
more importantly, in the digital era, there is no assurance that photos can be "given back" or deleted. he could have posted them all over the Internet already, and u would have no way to stop him.

Be direct but polite and reasonable when you ask him. Don’t freak.
Let him keep them, if his new gf comes across them, thats the end of there relationship. Imagine you and a new bf have been dating, you find pictures of a naked ex of his in a shoe box or so, would you stay with him?
I wouldn’t ask for them back…. It might make him mad, and that might make him want to post it on the internet or something. I would just let it be.

Just ask him directly, but privately. If he’s dating someone else, he has no reason to keep them. I’m sure he will hand them over. If he refuses, ask his girlfriend for them. She will make sure he gives them back or at least destroys them. She will also make sure he regrets keeping them from you.
I think you better forget about them for now, if a year has passed I think naked pictures of his ex are only kept unless imaginative things happen in the bathroom when he is not with her with just perverted thoughts of you. If he lost those pictures and doesn’t mention anything pray they are not lurking the internet on Rated X channels to prove some kind of point or whatever, you know how some guys are. If you have to ask him about them and if you get a negative response just use your own judgment. I hope this helped.

1- HE COULD JUST MAKE COPIES OF THEM ANYWAY. So that alone makes this idea dumb.
However, these reasons make it even dumber to ask for them back…
2- If you ever want him back, wouldn’t you WANT the girl to find them- so she might dump him, and he would be single again for you?
3- Wouldn’t you WANT him to see them (if only accidentally) now and then, so you are always on his mind… and so he might more likely one day soon want you back?
4- If you keep good relations with him, his chances of putting the pics on the internet or to friends is VERY LOW- because if he has good relations with you, he could still ask you back if he wanted you. And if that option is still open, HE WONT WANNA RISK IT! AND HE WONT WANNA SHARE PICS OF A GIRL HE STILL MIGHT HOOK UP WITH! (its male mentality, dont ask.)
but if you ask for them back, and make it seem clear you dont want him thinking of you sexually? He will get annoyed and turned off by this gesture- and he is MUCH MORE LIKELY to make a photocopy of them and send them to friends or internet!

Don’t remind him that he has them. And it doesn’t matter if he gives them back or not, he could easily make copies. The best thing for you at this point is to move on. That’s what Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian were forced to do. And I have a few ex’s who have my pictures, some that I don’t get along with anymore. I just moved on and didn’t bother asking them for the pictures back.
Just try to make sure you are always on decent terms with him… we don’t want him getting pissed and posting them all over the internet. The important thing is to not let him in on your little secret – that you are scared he will show them to people. You don’t want to go on reminding him and letting him figure out it is a weapon against you.
Trust me hun, I had to go through this too. It’s best to just forget about it. And far as I know, no one has ever seen them or told me about them and I have never came across them online.

It depends on how things ended. If things ended badly then I’m afraid you’re not in a good position to ask. If you ended things as friends or as painlessly as possible, just send him a message explaining you feel uncomfortable about it and that his new girl probably won’t appreaciate it if she found them.

LOL, probably too late. Unless he’s some fine, upstanding, noble fellow, then others have seen the pictures. Ask for them back but expect looks from people you meet wondering if you are that person they saw the picture of. ("Did she change her hair? Was it her left breast that was larger? Does she do that for any guy? Hmmm!") And, of course, if they are digital, you won’t know if you actually got them back or just copies. Or that he made copies, or that he took them back off the Internet.
Ask for them back and ask him, face to face, if he has shown them to anyone or if they are copies. Maybe you will be able to read his expression when he replies.
well, first of all, u alredy screwed up by giving them to him.. and u cant just get them back n forget all about it cuz he culd make copies b4 he gives them bak.. n an advice for girls out there..no matter how much a guy tells u he loves no matter how long u n a guy have been goin out..never NEVER give them naked picz of u bcuz wat if later on u guys brake up? he’ll probably be so mad at u he wuld post them up on the internet..so think twice b4 u do anything that can give some bad consequences later on….
I wouldn’t allow anyone to have such pictures to begin with, but yes I would ask for them back and hope I got all of them. That type of thing has brought down some powerful people. Once a relationship is over, loyalty is out the window. One has to wonder what they would want them for anyway……..I’ve seen more than a few girlfriends shown off at work on cell phones.

If he refuses to give them back, then ask his current girlfriend if she could get them for you. Be sure you know the number of pics and what they look like.

I would totally want them back, but realistically you can’t get them. There will be now way to know if he has made copies, scanned them, whatever. Once the cat’s out of the bag, you can’t put it back in
you and he at the time made the pic’s so whats the big deal he has probably put them in the garbage by now and if not well maybe you will know better next time . p s you may want to watch for them on face book or maybe on the net some were.

If he post them, then you can sue. Defamation of character. Do some research, evey state is different I think. I know in Texas you can sue though.
