How Could My Ex Have Moved On So Quickly?!?
I completely accept that we are over because we weren’t working, and I know that we will both find other people but I don’t understand. We took a break about 3 weeks ago and got back together 2 weeks ago and he was begging me back because we still had feelings for each other, but like I said we broke up because we didn’t feel the excitement anymore. It has been less than 24 hours and he is going out with somebody else when only a week ago we were saying we loved each other. I don’t love him anymore or anything, but we went through a lot together (dated for 15 months and were each others firsts). Any advice?

He could be trying to make you jealous, or just jumping quickly into the dating pool, to try and get over you.
He may think, that the best way of getting over your break up, is to get back in the saddle again.
So he is asking the first girl he met or knew, out on a date.
While it is often true, that men get over a break up quicker than you ladies, one day, sounds way too soon. A bit more like desperation in fact. Sounds a bit like, ripping of a band-aid fast, to make it hurt less. It works with band-aids, but it’s not so good, with a broken romance. They always take more time, to heal.
So I wouldn’t read too much into his dating this quickly, I’m sure he feels as you do, he knows it wasn’t working, and it’s all over between you, and he’s doing what he thinks, is the best way to get over you. I doubt, that it will work, but we all try in our own ways, to to what we think is best.
