if you started talking to your ex gf after you havent spoken in awhile does this mean you want her back ?
or you just want to be friends?
we haven’t spoken in a couple months ….. do you think he wants to go out again ( i still love him ) like would a guy not bother trying to talk to an ex unless he wants to go out again? or do you think he simply wants to be friends ?

I honestly think he wants you back, depending on how you broke up with him in the first place, but give it another shot. you did say you still love him. Next time you see him just ask him if he feels the same way, The worst that could happen is he could say no, then you would at least know if you need to move on or not.
