You need to use a hair treatment like provillus .I’ve been on it for 5 weeks and i must say there is a major improvement in my part. I got the pkg which incl both the vitamins and the topical. I use it once a day every evening. The area which i was balding in was the top middle portion of my head, not sure why cause no one in my family is loosing hair accept me so its not genetic. I have regrowth in that area, few strands are coming up and my wife says its so much better than it was before. I still have time to go, think you are suppose to expect good results in 4-6 months. So far 5 weeks and i do see improvements so my hope is up. So from my point of view, it works and no side effects. More info in the source link below
Get some of that shampoo Horse and Maine. My sister swears by it!
What is different about your hair? How has it changed? Has your eating, drinking habits changed? There is a reason why your hair is different. Just trying to figure out what you are doing that could possibly be causing it. Tips though are obviously drink plenty of water, eat healthy , take a multivitamin every day. All three of the things your mentioned are good for your hair. I like to take about two tablespoons of regular mayonnaise, 1 raw egg, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix it together in a bowl and then dress my hair with it mainly focusing on the middle length-to ends. Also don’t use a brush on your hair because they can cause breakage. I recommend a wide tooth comb. I got one from AVON, that is wooden and has wide teeth and the ends of the teeth are not pointed so it doesn’t snag as much and doesn’t hurt your scalp, it massages it actually. Getting a 1/2inch trim ever 3-4 months is good to because it removes dead/split ends which can crawl up the hair shaft and cause even more damage if left untrimmed. These are my tips. Good luck!!
