I have allready paid a contractor in full and cannot get him to come back and finish what recourse do I have?
I paid my builder and he has done 95% but won’t come back to fix the little things. It is coming up on 90 days next week. Do I have to file something in court? Or with the bank? We have allready closed our construction loan and have all of our lein waviers signed.

If the unfinished job is about $5000 (depends on the state), you should take the contractor to small claims court.
At this point, going the bank won’t solve anything.
Also, explain to contractor that you’ll make plenty of complaints to BBB, local authorities, etc
