Why do American man today say that it is wrong for a foreign women to take her children back to her native?
Why do American man today say that it is wrong for a foreign women to take her children back to her native country with out there fathers/courts consent? In most cases the father will never see his children again and those laws have nothing to do with children rights only parents rights. 50 years ago this was different and also was more common than you think.

It is wrong because, both parents have the right to see their children on a regular basis, only if one parent abused the child would the courts not allow them rights and even then the parent can stop the parent with custody of a child from moving the child out of the state they live in and the country this is a federal and most states have the law. Also it isn’t the child that wants to go to live in the mother’s country, it’s the mother, so it’s the mother’s rights you are wanting not the child’s. And the mother wants to hurt the father by denying him access to his child and never letting him see the child again. That is why the laws were made. The mother would be kidnapping the child and the father would eventually gain custody with the mother having no access to her child. And 50 years ago if a mother took the child a father could have had the child and the mother never would have seen the child because then, most mother’s had no rights over their childrens custody even in the United States.
