Also it isn't the child that wants to go to live in the mother's country, it's the mother, so it's the mother's rights you are wanting not the child's. And the mother wants to hurt the father by denying him access to his child and never letting him see the child again. That is why the laws were made. The mother would be kidnapping the child and the father would eventually gain custody with the mother having no access to her child. And 50 years ago if a mother took the child a father could have had the child and the mother never would have seen the child because then, most mother's had no rights over their childrens custody even in the United States.
