alimony depends on how long you were married and how much she made during the marriage. Child support is something different, some states wont allow you to divorce your wife while she is pregnant. Most states automatically assume the child is yours when your wife gets pregnant during marriage, in those states yes she can try to put you on support and she might when because you were married, you could demand a dna test, but if the judge thinks you should be the responsible father it is up to the judge depending on the state all because this happened while you were still married and living together. You really need to talk to a lawyer before she gives birth and get the paper work going to get this taken care of in your favor.

Have he take a test to see who's baby it is after she has it. If it is not your's, then you will not have to pay. If it is your's then you must pay.

She sure can, one issue has nothing to do with the other. If you divorce and you were her primary means of support during your marriage most likely she will end up with some spousal support award in the final divorce decree. If she is capable of working or made her own income during the marriage the likelihood if support goes down, but again has nothing to do with her current pregnancy.

It really depends on how long you were married for. If you are resently married (less than 3-5 years), more than likely, she will not be granted any alimony. However, if you supported her for a 20 year marriage and she suddenly did this, you'll be paying something more than likely. Also, be careful, if the divorce is not finalized, she can put your name down on the certificate as the father. After that, it will be hard as hell to get it off. You will also want to make sure a DNA test is done, just to be sure you aren't the father.

It all depends on the state. Many states do not allow you to divorce is the wife is pregnant. You have to wait until the baby is born and paternity is determined. You really need to talk to a lawyer. If the child is not yours then it is not your responsibility.
