Use a mild soap for sensitive skin but it doesn’t matter exactly what type of soap you use. It can be designed for acne-prone skin or not, but you will want to treat your skin gently. Harsh antibacterial soap may actually make your acne worse by irritating skin.
Remove dead skin cells regularly by exfoliating. Use a gentle scrub with natural defoliants like ground walnut shells, or use an over-the-counter chemical defoliant like salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Adding ground walnut shell to a thick moisturizer like cocoa butter can be effective too. Take caution, because over-exfoliating can actually increase the likelihood of acne by irritating the skin. Pat dry, rather than rubbing, since rubbing can cause irritation to the fresh skin you’ve just revealed.
Use a good toner. Spray onto face or wipe on with a cotton ball and wipe off with a clean, dry cotton ball. This gets rid of excess cleanser and tightens pores. Good, inexpensive choices include plain witch hazel for normal to dry skin, lemon juice, or 3% hydrogen peroxide for oily skin. 70% ethyl rubbing alcohol can also be used for severe oiliness, but it can really dry out your skin and irritate it more. Some toners are medicated, and this stage is the best for using a medicated product if you’re only going to use one medication.
Good Luck…
its just a way of your body getting rid of other stuff it doesn’t want thru your skin-its pretty normal for that to happen to girls of any age
Scrub your face in the shower every day using a loofah and regular body wash. It works for me. The body wash is meant to get rid of dirt and oil in your skin, so theoretically, it should get rid of acne too.
ugh i’ve tried EVERYTHING lol
but i tried one thing that sorta helped and it might have a bigger effect on you…
try mixing lime in a plate with sugar and put it on your face and massage your face for a couple of mins..
wash it off
then you get a piece of aloe vera and put it on your face and massage it on your face for a few mins like the lime and sugar..
rinse it off and your all done..
( you really dont needa do the lime and sugar thingy thats juss to clean your face.. you can use soap or something but lime and sugar are a natural way to do it…. )
Here are some things that i heard help get rid of acne naturally.
Okay so first drink lots of water it helps purify your system.
Also try not to touch your face to much with your hands because of germs.
When you sleep at night try to lay on your back so your hair is not touching your face.
And try to eat citrus fruits like lemons and oranges..
Hope i Helped
Hello
There is no one answer for this question but from my experience if you really want to cure your acne there are two recommended ways that should combined together for best results.
Firstly and more important in my opinion, you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that’s causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.
There are only few decent Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to cure your acne from the inside.
Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their guides they share their great knowledge with other acne sufferers. In any case, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.
Check this article about one of the leading systems today that was helpful for me to cure my acne:

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.
There are hundreds of acne skin care products available in the market right now and it’s not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.
When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:
ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Vilante, Dermology and some others.
From my experience Clearpores cleansing system works very well. Check this website to learn a lot more about their different systems and limited time offers:

I hope that these tips will be helpful for you
# Become well-acquainted with baking soda. Seriously, it may seem odd, but baking soda has become one of my best allies in fighting acne. Simply make a paste of baking soda and water (you want to aim for a slightly-thinner than toothpaste consistency) and rub it gently on your skin for about 30 seconds after you have used your facial cleaner. Then, rinse it off gently with warm water. While you can use this two times a day (morning and night), I recommend only using it at night, as it can irritate sensitive skin. As we all know, irritation can only make acne worse.
Hey! Wat I do is you know th stuff called milk of magnesia? (idk if I spelled that right lol) well I get a cotton swab and I dip it in the milk o magnesia and put on affected areas b 4 bed and wash off with cold water in the morning. Then after I was tht off in the morning and my face is dried off I dip a cotton swap in apple cider vinager and put on affected areas after that dries all the way I apply lotion and the dab a lil lemon juice on the zits! It all works veryyy great my fav is the milk of magnesia it works da best
and drink like 8 to 10 cups of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies stay away from junk food. Good luck
The natural essential oils that reduce inflammation include lavender, eucalyptus, lemongrass and tea tree oil and you can find them all at the lavender soap org in their super acne bar. It works much better than proactiv- but is strong- but it won’t harm your skin like chemical soaps since it is handmade organic.
Pimples, Zits and Acne. Just is no fun and can be embarrassing.
Hopefully, this will provide some insight and tips.
External Acne Care: The Pros and Cons of Washing Your Face
Acne is basically an internal condition triggered by several underlying factors. However, there are additional external acne symptoms that may enhance the formation of acne or interfere with the healing process of your existing acne on the external level (e.g. the external acne environment). Without handling these external triggers, it will be very difficult for anyone to overcome their acne challenge, especially when the holistic treatment is performed while the individual still suffers from “live” and “evolving” acne.
Clogged or very large pores, oily or very dry complexion and bad skin hygiene do not cause acne but they interfere with the healing process of the skin and make your external acne environment more prone or “susceptible” to acne.
Taking care of your skin on a daily basis by incorporating simple and easy to follow protocols may not only enhance the healing process of your existing acne it will also balance your skin ph levels, making it smooth, even toned, radiant and healthy looking.
Although there are many types of cleansers available for different purposes (exfoliation, clean, medicate), washing your face twice a day using a gentle antiseptic and anti-bacterial 100% natural soap like tea tree oil soap, or Cetaphil soap can help reduce inflammation, swelling and redness and significantly improve the overall appearance of your skin without the irritation, allergy reactions and over-dryness that over the counters like Benzoyl Peroxide can cause.
Washing your face should always come after a good 5 minutes steaming routine. After the steaming, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Use lukewarm water to get the soap wet.
2. Apply the soap to your face using your fingertips in a circular motion.
3. Wash your face gently and pat your skin dry using a cotton towel.
If your sebaceous glands are producing too much oil (due to hormonal imbalance that should be fixed internally), then you probable have excessively oily skin and large pores. To tackle that problem externally, do not use alcohol and water astrigent, instead use soap like Neutrogena clear pore oil Controlling astrigent or even better apply an all natural mask made of bentonitre or egg whites.
An extremely dry skin can also be treated internally through balancing oil secretion protocols and dietary changes and supplementation, including the regular intake of 10 glasses of pure water on a daily basis. As for the external care, applying lots of good quality moisturizer such as 99% Aloe Vera gel while avoiding harsh and un-natural external care products; can significantly reduce your dryness.
Warning: Excessive washing of the face can cause mild to moderate irritations and increase redness and inflammation, defeating its own purpose.
If you have sensitive skin, the best practice is to test each product prior to using it, using dollar size amount on your chin, regardless of its quality or the nature of its ingredients.
