is it ok to crack your back like and old man at 13?
I hurt my back like a year ago and im 13.
i hurt it during football practice.every morning i wake up and crack it lower back and higher back. It feels good. But i was just wondering is it ok?

I’m 13, and I crack my back all the time. But I didn’t get injured or anything. (well one time my friend fell on me in grade six but it wasn’t that bad.) My friends think it’s gross, but I do it anyways because I like the sound that it makes.
My boyfriend is 15 and he cracks his back all the time. like he twists his back using a chair…. it sounds really gross. hehe… oh well
Little cracks now turn into big cracks & arthritis later. If you can, set up some time with a good chiropractor.
I hear that your not supposed to crack/pop your back on your own because you can cause spinal damage. It is best to get it done by a doctor or chiropractor. However, I do crack my back all the time and I never seem to have a problem.
