When im driving my 95 honda civic ex and go to get on it it bogs down what could my problem be?
I took it to a shop and they said it’s running lean and my computer was bad, but my computer isn’t bad i checked it myself. I had my gas tank boiled and cleaned out my fuel lines, I also replaced my fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator and my distributor, new plugs and wires, can someone please help me ?

try your egr valve and o2 sensor. To check your egr valve with the engine running push up on the diaphram of the egr valve. If your engine does not at least stumble or die, when you push up on it then your egr is bad. Lean mixture though probably the o2 sensor.
