Or use custom firmware to make one. There isn't another way. (You can buy off ebay) To load custom firmware you need pandoras battery and the magic memory card. The battery boots the psp up in a recovery type mode, and the magic memory card has the files on it to load over to the PSP into the firmware. It's illegal in some countries. It's against the terms of use and will void your warranty. This doesn't stop anyone though. Look for Dark Alex's home page and download the M33 firmware.
