How can I tell him that I like him?
Matt is my neighbor(boy next door). I have known him since forever and he is a big part of my life. We hate each other but also like each other?
He is cute, funny, sweet, smart(sometimes), athletic, and caring. I dream about him and fantasize. I need him. He is not perfect. I know that. He can be a total jerk but once he touched my arm and it was electric. I love him. Help?
