What should be my ratio of cardio per strength training a week if I’m trying to get more ripped?
For months it seemed that I wasn’t achieving my results only because I wasn’t doing enough cardio. I would lift weights like 4 times a week and cardio like 2 times a week. I was bulky, and lean but not ripped at all. Would you say turn it around to get the ripped body and shoot for 4 times a week cardio and 2 times a week strength training? Do you think this is a guaranteed solution to getting ripped the way I want to?

I’m a female so this may be different to me but I do cardio every day in the morning and lift three days a week in the evening. Plus I was, and still am very careful about my diet. It took me a couple months, being I was already in shape and I started to show more definition. I now have the abs I’ve always wanted, but the key to getting ripped is to lower your body fat. So cardio and diet are key as well. There is no guaranteed solution to anything other than hard work.
