		<description>I&#039;m a female so this may be different to me but I do cardio every day in the morning and lift three days a week in the evening.  Plus I was, and still am very careful about my diet.  It took me a couple months, being I was already in shape and I started to show more definition.  I now have the abs I&#039;ve always wanted, but the key to getting ripped is to lower your body fat.  So cardio and diet are key as well.  There is no guaranteed solution to anything other than hard work.</description>
