You know him better than anyone else, or at least you should, so just try to think about how you and how your circumstances have changed from his point of view. Other than that, all you can do is to try to talk to him about how you are feeling and how much you miss the way things used to be. Ask him what he wants and needs from you, beyond what you have listed in your question, and try to provide it. Also,make sure that he knows that you love him, but, at the same time, try to give him some space and some time alone to process things. You also might try to arrange a date night between the two of you every week or two. That can work wonders for reigniting the spark and the passion.
