How to win back ex? After emotionally cheating and lying to her?
I dated my ex for about a year and she found out i was chatting sexually with a girl i hooked up with before and a girl i met through a friend. She confronted me about it and i lied to her, i love her so much and it was truly only lust not love and i never physically cheated on her but it still has the same effect. how can i win her back? any suggestions?

I know what you’re going through…I emotionally cheated on my bf of 8 years, seeking for attention that he failed to provide me with. It’s tough, what I’ve done is worked hard at showing my love for him, listening to him when he speaks, making time to do activities with him that he really enjoys, a lot of physical contact, holding hands, hugs, etc., making great meals and trying to be romantic when possible. This has had the effect of changing his desire to leave me; however, be prepared for consequences to the negatives actions we took. I sense his trust is gone. He has a protective barrier around him and is now dealing with depression, feeling nothing toward me or anyone else. I may still lose him if he thinks that the pain of taking a chance with me is worse then being alone. One can’t change the past but what we can do is consistently show our love and appreciation through day to day activities and kind words.
You are screwed buddy, if she does take you back (which I doubt) she will never trust you and that makes for a terrible relationship.
