How can i get a body like the man in the picture?
Right now i’m 19, 6’3" and 170. I want to look like the guy in the picture.

first off sorry about the negative people. start your morning off with a smoothie add a little bit of protein powder, make it healthy but not wierd use fruits ice and danactive. do an hour of cardio 5 times a week. but it has to be intnense and it can be in intervals. i mean what does an hour of slow walking do for you? get a personal trainer too thats the best way to get in that kinda shape. go to the gym do 10 min of cardio warmup then an hour of lifting (vary what you do but dont forget 3 sets of each. if your first set is at 30 the next should be at 35 and the one after 40) then 15 of cool down.

Wow… Mr. Fit he is (n’t). You need a 12-pack of beer a day. Oh and don’t forget tons of junk food to stuff in your mouth. After about a year of totally not taking care of yourself, you will have a good start on looking like Mr. Fit!

Okaaaaay, sure, not sure why that guy would be your role model, but I suppose you’re trying to set realistic goals. Just exercise every day (except Saturdays and Sundays), making sure to include mild weightlifting on some days. Your diet can include a lot of fast food as long as you keep the exercise up.
That guy is fat. I’d rather be thin and have muscle than be fat.
Given your age, height and weight, and the assumption that you’re not drinking alcohol yet, I think you need to set loftier goals. Do a Yahoo image search for Adonis. Or if you prefer, the Wolf Boy from Twilight.
When you get to be my age, and a drunk, the man in the Photobucket picture is a realistic goal. But I would still put the Wolf Boy’s picture on my fridge instead if I needed motivation.
