Personally, I would breakup after the first time. You are only setting yourself up for failure. You'll never be happy and you will just be picking at a scab so it won't ever heal. If you can't trust someone (and rightfully so), how can you ever be in a happy committed relationship? Seems to me she doesn't care about you.
