		<description>progress slowly and challenge urself u need to drink recovery drinks and need to stretch. A LOT. dont do hardcore training everyday take rests but that still means exercising or try p90x do the abb ripper ull get em back and u can train like an athlete with that but its hard for me anyways but athletes use it , do it it WILL WORK.</description>

		<description>You have to run to get rid of it.  Getting abs means getting your body fat percentage down (you need to remove the fat to see the abs).  This requires healthy eating and plenty of cardio.  So, start training with your friend and just don&#039;t over-do yourself.  If you feel like you are going to throw up or pass out, take a break.  Keep working at it and you&#039;ll be back in shape in no time.</description>
