I will be playing post mainly, so Center or Power Forward Positions in this league. I want to become better and I am serious about it, I have 2 months to become decent at least So I wn’t let the team down. I need like specific training, like running times and workouts and vertical jump increasing, as well as tenacity and first step training.

Practice basics and go to the gym!
Practice, you need to get a buddy and practice with him. First, practice free throws and run.. you will see that running and then shooting free throws is really tough and thats exacly how it is in a game. You need to also work on boxing out with a bud.. work on jumping and practice your shot.
Hope I helped
Good luck!
if ur new to the game i would say that u should learn the basics first. so learn to pass, dribble with both hands, shoot, rebound. Also keep fit by running and if possible run while dribbling a ball. And lastly watch the pros and see how they play.
