As long as you are chasing her, she's going to run; she likes the chase, even though it's tearing you up. What you have to do is 'flip the script'. When you see her, even if you have to go out of your way to walk by her, and she'll know there's no point for you to have to be there, just glance at her with a LITTLE smile, and look away like you're thinking of something else. Disappear a little while, a few days, maybe let her notice you but you don't see her. She's playing a game. Some girls do that. They like the chase, but they don't realize the hurt they are causing or maybe they do and they feel empowered by you chasing them. Since she's given you every word that she likes you, just play it cool and when she feels the frustration you've been feeling, she'll be calling you, annoying you! Trust me, if she likes you at all, the flipping of the script will absolutely work. I'm a girl, I've had those games played with me.
