Magic the Gathering – Starting up Again..?
Couple Questions. I use to play back in the day, looking to build a deck to start play.
1. Any good websites to help me build a good deck? I quit around 5th edition I have no clue what new cards are like for making decks.
2. Website that lists "banned" or "illegal" play cards?
3. Could an all black deck work effectively? Im not looking at buying pack after pack etc, Just going to build up a deck off ebay, im thinking black / red or just black.. Any input? Again i know nothing of the newer sets.

3. an all black deck could mean you could get more negative effects than positive, so try to combine a black deck with others, lie black/red( i have a black/red damage deck, its working out nicely. i also have another black/red land destroyer deck, also very powerful. )
Well I bought an original M10 starter all black really fun and I beasted it out over time I haven’t played it with any professionals or anything but out of maybe 60 matches I’ve lost like 12 times and for dumb reasons like being forced to draw out etc… So a black mono deck can really do some damage, and Wizards of the coast have a list of each things like legal cards in legacy, type 2, etc… So far i haven’t really consulted any websites just local card shops and got some ideas which helped me out immensely.
