My magic jack is not working. How can I contact someone to help?
I just got done with my 30 day trial of magic jack. I signed up and was successfully linked. (So it said.) When I went back to make a call, it would not work. Did I just get fooled?
When I tried to get ahold of a live person it led me to a "cannot find the site" page. Does anyone out there know how to get ahold of a live person to help me?

I don’t think you got fooled…
Did you try installing it to the Administrator account on your pc? If so, there’s a very strong possibility that could be the problem.
MJ needs to be set up under a regular user account to work right…

There is good info about this install problem at the above site… Yes, many have complained direct online chat help won’t be of much assistance at all – can’t talk to any humans there.
But, if it still doesn’t work after trying this, you can find out the return address somewhere (buried at the bottom?) in their TOS (Terms of Service) agreement in a text file found there.
I read the problems somebody had with this same issue in Yahoo answers and he was quite specific on the pros/cons.
(Few minutes later after locating it…) I see he too suggests you go to the same Magic Jack info site as well.
Before doing the initial install, it does seem like it is wise to preview screen shots of the process BEFORE you do it for real. But, like most people I guess, you are anxious to try it and maybe do it a bit TOO quickly. lol
