HP Fans:Don't you love how technology can almost make magic real? And are you excited about the amusement park?
I just got a wand that turns on (like a flash light) when you flick it. lol yes i’m a dork. LUMOS! 
What HP thing would you like them to make that actually worked?
I can’t wait for the amusement park to open up, i’m planning on going with some friends the summer it opens.
What ride are you most anticipating/what do you hope they have there?
I’m assuming they’ll have some sick roller coasters named after magical creatures and such, and i heard they are going to have a ride where they give you a wand you flick to effect the outcome of the ride.
I’m in a HP mood right now, hence the random questions.

Not yet it’s opening in i think a year in florida. You should plan another trip to go, it’s going to be fantastic

And yes, the Amusement Park will be great. Only problem is, it’s in Orlando, Florida… and I’m in Melbourne, Australia… hmm ;l

Yes, the Harry Potter park will be opening at Universal Studios Florida Islands of Adventure, next to Jurassic Park.
I don’t know exactly when..The projected time-frame according to the launch party (I was at it with some other HPEF organizers and fans) and they said late 2009 early 2010. The Harry Potter Convention in 2010 will be right here in FL at Universal.
As for what I would like to be real….the flying car…not a ford but something more economical but that would be nice. Fly over the traffic jams.

With the way technology is going, may be one day in our lifetimes. The Japanese have already develop this new "invisibility cloak" that makes you "invisible" in the sunlight.
As for the new amusement park, I think I’ll stick to the books. I think they keep the magic alive each time you read the books.
OMG.Me too though my love for Harry Potter becomes more intense when I can not sleep lol.I am only a dork when it comes to Harry Potter though.
I am really looking forward to a broom ride.Simple I know.However I wish if safety was not such a big issue they could make a Quiditch ride.Where your skills determine who wins.
Oh I am thinking there will be one with hippogriffs and it will be like start out in Hagrids Hut.Then go over the lake.
I think Hogwarts Express will be like the Blue Line at Disney that just kind of rides you around like a mini tour.

Ha! I just looked at the website, that is going to be the most amazing thing! When I was little I wanted to go to hogwarts soo bad. They should have hotels that look like the common rooms like they have themed ones in Disney! And some really fun rides..
