How do I get my parents off my back about eating?
I’m 16 right now and would like to tone my body. I’m interested in mainly losing fat, which requires a restriction on my diet (and active lifestyle, I know I know). But the thing is my mom will NOT let me eat anything than a FULL plate at dinner. I make my own breakfast, eat lunch at school, but at home I am forced to eat since my mom thinks I’m too skinny. How do I get her off of my back and let me eat what I want?
Trust me I am NOT anorexic. I’m a 160 lb male with pretty decently sized muscles lol

Look, I know you problem. You’re probably around 5’11". My guess Chinese origin. You like to play tennis. I know you type of people. You need to bulk, then cut. That fag that was talking about bulimia and anorexia. He’s gay, yeah those stuff are bad, but you are not anorexic, you are a teen, a natural rebel. Go to Gold’s gym with a really cool brown kid. They have a sauna there. Shed those pounds off.
Take whey to help muscle growth after working out. Separate work outs in two days, maybe upper and lower body. Take some steroids, I mean your balls are already small

Anorexia and bulimia are real and very scary. Girls die (and some boys, too), so be thankful you have a mom that cares.
How about asking her to take you to a doctor so he can assess things? Then both of you can have an objective observer determine what the facts are.
Me? I wonder if you’re exaggerating the full plate thing… I’ve known a couple anorexics and it’s alife and death issue. They don’t think clearly and need a lot of professional help to stay alive sometimes, too.
