Know any good mmorpgs?
Hi, I’m into fantasy mmorpgs and I need a new mmorpgs. The mmorpgs I’ve played and the reasons I quit…
Flyff: I quit because I made too lvl 70s (aoe ele, and bp) and unless you spent you cash on the cash shop for amp scrolls, and protect scrolls you wouldn’t make it much father
2moons: I just couldn’t get into the game, loved the skills though
Runes of Magic: reminded me too much of wow…I lost interest in wow
Dungeon runners: reminded me of a crappy wow… I didn’t like wow so I didn’t like it not to mention there was 100 players on at a time…that’s weak
Shaiya: I loved the idea of different races and no 2 races had the same class but I couldn’t stand the game play
Kal online: I started it…played 5mins…thought it was crap
Cabal online : Looked it up on youtube the combo idea was awesome but for some reason I couldn’t get the Download too work
Gunz: No xplaination needed
Runescape: Idk why I played runescape but it was fun till everything you could do was for membs…and also I got bored of talking to 9 yearolds
I really tried to get into Lunia but the graphics blow..
Really I just want an mmorpg that’s free .. and I know the best mmorpg’s are p2p so don’t tell me to buy this game or that game because that won’t help me
So really a free mmorpg , combos would be nice, Pk (I love pk), a half decent player base (I don’t wanna get called a noob right when I make an account when I log in, that happened to me on 2moons) moving with wasd and not clicking, and not really based on cash shop because I hate games based around buy or fail… I don’t care if there is a cash shop just as long as you don’t have to rely on it to lvl up at high lvls because I don’t want 2 have to grind from lvl 70+ (on flyff I had to kill 10 mobs for 1% at lvl 70!) Oh also none of the chat room mmorpg’s like gaia… thnx

runescape
City of Heroes/Villains
Far more customizable than anything I’ve seen.
Easy user interface.
Fun being a hero/villain and battling the opposite
User created levels with characters and all sorts of stuff.
Tried WoW afterwards and it wasn’t nearly as good.
World of Warcraft its fun! answer mine? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Alfj.bcUzcyVQjtNJXrjtlHsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20090711221947AAYVCuN
counter strike
half life: death match
addicting games
If you want to play a good MMO, play World of Warcraft. It’s 15 bucks a month but damn it’s fun. But be warned that it CAN be extremely addictive.
you can try rohan online or Sword of the New world i don’t play mmo’s but my brother enjoys both games they are both free, just look them up on google.
Mafia Wars is pretty good. It’s on Facebook. It’s free to play – though there is the option of buying Godfather points to speed up character development if you wish, and it’s cheap. But you can earn Godfather points by leveling up too, so you never really have to pay to play if you don’t want to.
Try 12sky2
I’m in the Snake Clan myself

BTW theres alot of PK in this game lol
Check out this website.

You could try Combat Arms.
If not, try AdventureQuest: Worlds.
By the way, they’re both free, but have [unimportant] features that require money.
For AQWorlds, a one-time fee can get you an upgraded membership, which grants access to exclusive armor, weapons, classes, apparel (capes, hats, etc.), areas, and the ability to have pets.
For Combat Arms, you can buy GP to spend on weapons and attachments. You can also earn GP by participating in a match from start to end. Being MVP (first place) on any team earns you 30 extra GP. Being MVP on the WINNING team earns you 50 extra. Just participating in a match from beginning to end earns you 20 GP, and every kill gets you 1 – 15 GP, depending on weapon used, attachment used, and method of killing.
get tired of one drug and move onto the next. Thats awesome man. I played WoW too but when I got bored with it I moved on, and not to another game.
Ok, you might not like this idea… the walking is clicking and the graphics aren’t very good at all. However, I really enjoy this game. It’s been around for 10+ years and you can find servers where you can play for free. It’s called Ultima Online. They have the darkside and the lightside; if you are on the darkside you can PK people, if your on the lightside you can’t. So this is competely different, when you die on the darkside the person/ people who kill you can loot your body and everything that you are carrying.
Some people didn’t seem to read the question… Sad… I liked the game Perfect World and Neo Steam. Perfect World has better graphics and game play, in my opinion, but Neo Steam was still fun. Free2Play games do have cash shops mostly. Though Perfect Worlds I do believe are for cosmetic reasons mostly. Shadow Bane was one of my favorite PvP games, but I think it has shut down for good. If you can find an open server for Shadow Bane and don’t mind rough graphics then I would go for that. They don’t have cash shops at all and players build there own cities and nations. If you are all about PvP and skill, not levels, then there is Savage 2 which combines all the goodness of fantasy with a tactics and a bit of 1st/3rd person shooter.
