whats a good way to not text your ex back?
my boyfriend of a year and a half was going behind my back with other girls, taking them out to lunch, massages in class, that kinda thing. we’ve been texting cus i cant seem to get over him. whats a good way to resist the urge to text him back?

delete and block his number. its not that hard. instead of reading his text just delete them(if you don’t know how to block numbers. don’t feel ashamed, I don’t either
)
You could delete the # so you wont have it to text.
Just simply don’t text him. Delete his number from your phone and when he texts you a number will just come up and you wont know who it is.. So no urge. And when you have a urge to text him you wont have his number anymore.. So you’ll eventually forget about texting him..
