I have "the sims complete collection" PC game but it is not working correctly, someone please help.?
i’ve installed the game and i click play and it goes to a screen with a background that looks like a sims town and things pop up talking about the different games included in the pack.ex. it would say this for the sims making magic "the magicians are getting ready to bring fun and excitment to your sims life, please wait while the curtain rises".but these things will keep on popping up and it will never actually let me play the game.i know that the sims is a large game and needs sometime to load so i let it load for an hour.this is the third time i have tried to play the game and nothing different happened.so i clicked on the question mark instead of play and then i clicked on the easy info button, this and more would pop up but this is what i think could be contributing to it:

i have windows vista.i passed everything else.i have registered my game.if you have questions please ask.

Some people having problems with this game on Vista have uninstalled it completely and then re-installed it on the system.
Game requirements don’t give Vista as Supported though. People having problems with this game say it is when they either try to load a saved game, or save a game itself. Is this what is happening to you?

You have Vista. The game cannot be supported on Vista. So says the requirements.
