How do I get my little girl back?
My ex-girlfriend moved to Sweden with my daughter, and ex may also be married and she may have changed my daughter’s last name. I’ve been paying child support for the past 13 years. What rights as a non custodial father do I have. Can I force her to come back to the states? If not can child support be canceled I need help, I’m missing out on all the best years of my little girls life.

If you are paying child support, and are not behind on any payments, then you have the legal right to know where your child is. To be able to force her back to the states you need to go back to court and fight for custody.
she needed to get written consent to take her out of the country for anything more than three months you can have her arrested for abduction she has broken the law and you will get full custody
you can still have her if you believe in your self and pray to god
she was just a girlfriend so unless you had a full custody agreement, like went to a lawyer and have papers, then the people who said she wcouldnt leave without your permssion are dead wrong. Also, not sound like a B*tch, but if you really wanted to see your kid shouldnt you have done it …a long time ago?? And why would you be asking advice here instead of being active with a lawyer?
