I did. i tried for a while, and after wards… i just gave up. and exactly like what you said, he came back. but by that time you have moved on and found a muuuuch better guy ; ]
it took him about a month after we broke up to realize he was "lost with out me."
(puh-lease.)
What happens to everyone else in this situation may not happen to you. Every guy is different. Stop trying to talk to him, I know it is extremely hard. But as long as you keep trying to contact him, it’s a comfort to him knowing that you are still there pine-ing away for him. You need to make yourself unavailable to him. If he doesn’t contact you, it’s okay. There are other boys out there. You shouldn’t have to beg for someone to be with you. There is someone out there for you. And if he does call you, don’t make it so for him to earn your love and trust back. He’ll respect you more.
The more your fight to keep them the more they want to run. The best thing to do is let them go and if it was meant to be they will be back.
Play it cool…and act unscathed…that gets their attention the most. Men like the hunt and if its to easy it’s not worth it to them. Besides give yourself credit… you can get any guy you want- why wait for him. The fish are numerous.
Make sure though, when and if he does come back that he is a changed man
Good luck
It’s happened to me a few times actually, and none of them worked out.
Makes me believe what I’ve heard as said — if you break up once, it was for a good reason, and it’s not meant to be.
