He loves me and I love him, but he doesn't want to be together?
My ex of a year and a half and I broke up about a month ago. He says he needs to "get his party out" and see other people. This hurt me a lot, because we’ve been through so much together. He STILL calls me every night about how much he regrets leaving me, yet doesn’t act upon it. It’s like he doesn’t want me back but he still wants me there.
I hate it because he doesn’t understand that I will be the one standing there in the end…not any of those other girls or parties. Every day that I am not with him just feels longer and longer, and I hate this.
I thought love conquered the tyranny of all the other petty things of this world. When will he wake up and realize this?
Any advice at all is welcome..I need about any I can get.

Guys are less mature than girls. In fact, a friend probably convinced him of that. All you need to do is stop being there. Miss a call once in a while. ….First of al stay strong and show him that u care about him! Show him everything u have to offer so that he can discover that u really care about him and that u are always there for him.be very nice to him , yeat constantly warn him that u are not always going to be there for him. After all this, if he stays the same, leave him and dnt answer his calls. if he wants you there, but doesnt want you back, then i wouldnt wait. it hurts you more hearing everything he says and not acting upon it right? maybe you should tell him "I dont want to sit here and wait for you if your not wanting me back" or just ask him why he says all these things and yet he doesnt want you back as his girlfriend. if u love him, then you take action and say something. dont expect him to, he’s a boy, boys are pretty slow when it comes to this kinda thing. If he says he still gotta get his party out, then tell him that youll be doing your own thing and can get in contact with you when he’s realized that partying isnt everything. or something. idk its your thoughts. but be strong, and make him realize. dont expect him to.
