He is down to the last 5,000.00. This was money in the bank I had saved earning interest for my grandchildren. I need the balance back to pay for some oral surgery I need. I am sick about it. I have seen legal counsol. I was told small claims court, but even w/a judgement against him he may not pay. I have certainly learned my lesson, however, he didn't run off on me, he just is a deadbeat. He has paid others, he owes tons and I guess I am not a priority. It sucks.
