My ex is using my debit card to pay her directv bill have not lived there for mos. how do I get my money back?
I have called direct tv and they said they wont give me my money back? Not sure what to do now?

First cancel the debit card and close the account. Open up one in just your name. Is it your ex wife or ex girlfriend or what? If it is ex wife prepare a detailed statement of what she owes you and give her and your lawyer copies. When or if she realizes that she is going to have to pay the bill plus lawyer fees she may pay up, Otherwise small claims court is probably your best choice.
Call the bank and report your card missing. They’ll cancel that number and issue you a new one. She won’t be able to use it any more.
(The card’s not linked to a joint bank account you still share, is it? If so, she has a perfect legal right to use it.)
There’s nothing you can do about past payments. All you can do is stop the payments from happening in the future.
Go to the bank and file a dispute for any transactions that your ex has made using your debit card. Have the card cancelled and get a new one. This will be a hassle because it will take up to 2 weeks to get your new card. You will probably have to file charges against your ex to get your money back.
