Open up one in just your name. Is it your ex wife or ex girlfriend or what? If it is ex wife prepare a detailed statement of what she owes you and give her and your lawyer copies. When or if she realizes that she is going to have to pay the bill plus lawyer fees she may pay up, Otherwise small claims court is probably your best choice.
