should i get back with my ex boyfriend after he dump me claiming he need to get himself together spiritually?
Im 22 yd and i was in a two year relationship with a guy who was brought up with different spiritual beliefs than myself. It was an issue for us but i stuck with him believing we could get through it if we research the reason why we both believe what we believed. Out of the blue he broke up with me and said he needed to grow spiritually because he didnt know what to believe. I was hurt. now hes back a month later saying he wants to be friends but at the same time he says he wants to get back with me but not right now cuz he’s focusing on God. His intensions are to stay friends but eventually get back together. I wonder is this true ?DO you think i should ever get back with this guy ? Is what he saying was the truth of why he left or is it something else?
by the way the two years we were together our relationship was great.

i think it is true what he is aying. sometime people with different beliefs can’t get along romantically. i have had that prolem before. MY LEADER SWEET MILDRED SAID WE SHOULD CRAWL IN OUR PLAYPEN TOGETHER
You should get back with him! From what you are saying about him he was seeking the truth and it sounds like he found it. Besides you probably do need to be friends before anything else.
P.S. I don’t even know this dude so you really should make sure that his intentions are pure.
come on now you know it is not going to work. if he had time for you
to-be his friend. then he could have stayed with you. i think he has
some kind of problem. are either is is trying to play you for a fool.

nah, dont !! I were in your shoes once !! but it was a different excuse that “we’re not getting anywhere” though we were tryna, but he was an asshole, he was taking me for granted the whole time and playing me for a fool !! he also came back a month later asking to be just friends, and I was like oh friends better than strangers !! but a few months later i admitted to him that i’d still had feelings for him and loved him but it turned out that those feelings werent mutual, my bad !!
so just dont waste your time with him, just try to focus on your goals in life, try to let it go, I know its very tough, but you should try your best.
