What is a good book about marriage?
I am looking for a book about marriages. Specifcally something like how to rekindle the flame, how to fall back in love, how to save your marriage, that sort of thing. I want a book that doesn’t preach, doesn’t condem certian things, and one that is a good read. I’m also a stay at home mom, so maybe something to do with how to focus on your husband and children, not just your kids. I really love my husband and want things to work, but if we keep going the way we are now we will be divorced in a few years. Thanks in advance!

The proper care and feeding of good marriages.
There is also the proper care and feeding of good husbands.
Basically the book re-interates what you said you’d like to happen. Women tend to lose focus on their husbands once the children come.
"The Five Love Languages" is a great book that I think would help most married couples. It doesn’t fall into the category of "rekindling the flame" as you said but it does help couples better understand what they need to feel loved. The book is about the idea that each person needs love in different ways – or in different languages. For instance, men usually show love by providing for their family. They think bringing home a paycheck or buying you something expensive is the correct way to show love. If you’re the kind of woman who needs love shown in that way, then that’s great. But if you’re like most women, you need to have your husband bring you flowers for no reason, listen to you, be there for you…etc. This is an entirely different love language. It basically says it’s important for your partner to learn how to speak your love language.
Bartenders guide. Good luck !
You don’t need a book. A man’s needs are simple and easy to fill.
All you need to do is make sure that when he gets home from work, there is a hot meal on a plate waiting for him, his socks are folded, his children are alive, and allow him a little time to come home from work and decompress before you start telling him everything you did that day. Then, when he wants sex, you give it up.
If you do that, you’ll have the greatest marriage ever. Easy.
