My ex wife is a real b i t c h. She cheated on me, we divorced, she got remarried and she and her cop husband are control freaks and bleeding me dry financially. What can I do that would just ruin her?

What comes around goes around. If her husband is a cop, and he is harassing you I would notify the Chief of Police or Commander of the Police Station.
Most supervisors do not want any kind of publicity when it comes town to their stations causing problems.

I would suggest nothing, especially for your children’s sake. I am a firm believer in karma and what comes around goes around. If she is really that bad, she’ll get hers eventually.
The way I see it, if you spend all your time consumed by her, you’re taking away from a productive life for yourself.

If she is remarried, I am thinking that you are not paying alimony, but child support. If you are paying child support, suck it up and shut up. You helped make them. The best revenge is being happy and having a good life. Grow up. Revenge never got anyone anything , except more heartache.
I agree with yougo. Call the police chief and be done with it, move on and things will get better.
Find some way to make her believe that you came into a TON of money and refuse to share any of it with her. Make her and the PRICK COP ASSCLOWN believe that you did all of this under the table. Make them go crazy trying to get their hands on the money only to find that you never had any to begin with. Getting their hopes up and making them work for NOTHING will make them think twice the next time around.
I’d have someone who knows the both of you "accidentally" let it slip that you hit a jackpot somehow.
