If she has moved on, at least she is being open about it and not sneaking around with multiple other guys. she obviously wants out of this marriage and quite honestly even if you do patch up your current issues, will you stop cheating and try to be more faithful to her? because if you don't, you will have all of these problems again only stronger because she already forgave you once. If you save it, how great do you think your marriage will be if you don't love each other? think about it. think about this first. if you have to cheat on your wife with multiple people in order to get what you want, should you even be married any more? is there a good reason why you want to save this marriage?
