Is it true that if your Ex Girlfriend misses you she will come back?

She broke up with, and hasnt talked to me since and has a new bf. But she still stares at me in class and always tries to grab my attention, is there anything i can do to make her miss me? She told me to leave her alone so i dont want to bother her by making small talk. Will she come back?
