Making someone jealous basically shows that you are dependent on him. I personally would not follow that path. The person could realize that you care so much about him that you go through alot of trouble just to know he is miserable or jealous and etc. Thus making you look like a fool in the end. But if you wish to proceed with this, I think the best course of action is to pull the "cold shoulder" move. Ignoring an ex boyfriend would put alot of questions on his mind and this would drive him crazy. Alot of guys are on a "need" to know bases. The thought of not knowing why you cold shouldered him while flirting with others would tear him apart and thus making him think about you. Flirt with other guys in his presence but don’t overdo it. Don’t go further than flirting or you may be becomed labelled as a "slut" etc. Act as if he is scum to you, low but don’t be mean about it. If he talks to you, don’t make eye contact, just act if you can’t see him.
Mind games are not the best route to go in my opinion.
Date someone HE knows….
