getting over heartbreak..help?
my girlfriend broke up with me 7 months ago and im still nt over it. we have talked and she told me she misses me and still has feelings for me but getting back together isn’t an option in the foreseeable future. We still get on brilliantly and its as easy as when we were together. Recently I decided to end our friendship as we were practically together again and it was too hard but im still crazy about her and don’t know what to do? ive tried liking other people and have been with other girls but have felt absolutely nothing towards them even though there was nothing wrong with them and according to my friends were better than my ex.. We were great together and rarely fought but we are young and were together for 14 months..times meant to be a healer but i don’t feel any better now than i did 7 months ago? i feel pathetic and stupid for not being able to move on! any advice would be appreciated

First off, let me just say sorry man…i know what you’re going through must suck.
I think you did the right thing by ending the friendship….that would have just made things worse and more confusing..as you obviously realized.
I think you just have to keep on living your life and pretty soon, you’ll be over her. there really isnt that much you can physically do. If after say another 7 months and you STILL feel the same, then maybe try talking to her again and seeing where she stands and how she feels about you.
My advice is just to let time do its thing. I know it sucks but it’s kind of the only thing you can do. you could also try like deleting her from facebook that way you wont be tempted to stalk her and pine over her all the time. i found that if you simply just cut the person out of your life,[as horrible as that is], it helps to get over the person better and faster.

fuck that chick move on forget about her change your number and never talk to her again. That’s what I do it works great maybe call her a slut and tell her you wouldn’t fuck her for practice
