he told me that he really cares. that he is still emotionally attached to me. he got me a birthday present that was very thoughtful. he always asks about my health, whenever we do talk. he tells me he is proud of me…
we were together for a few years, he broke it off last july, and we have been in contact ever since. not much lately though. i have stepped back because i am really confused about the way he acts, and how it contradicts with what he says..its like one week we are ok, and the next he tells me to leave him alone…that he appreciates everything that i have done, that is is proud of me, but to leave him alone…i just wanted to know what it means when your ex boyfriend cares so much for you, and shows it…even after 8 months of not being together. he is not seeing anyone still, and doesn’t do the hooking up thing…he is a genuine guy…i just don’t get it…
He cannot let go of problems we have had in the past, and continuously brings up everything I have done wrong since birth during legitimate, current arguments. Granted, I have wronged him, and hurt him. I have apologized, been told I was forgiven (acts not forgotten), and said incident was just about t a year ago now. He seemed to start detaching a couple of months ago, but just 2 weeks ago started saying it’s over. I am hanging on to anything that appears hopeful, as it is what gets me through the day.
I want to prove myself with actions, as my words are meaningless. I also want him back, but don’t want to smother him in the process of showing him this.
My children and I moved in with him at the beginning of the school year, and leaving him and our home will devastate them as well. He asked us to move in with him with full knowledge of the issues we had. I thought that was a step in a positive, futuristic manner. I can’t get over him just changing his mind.
I broke up with my boyfriend about a month ago. He still acts like he likes me but he says he doesnt. He wont go out with anyone now though. He says noone intrests him but i know that there are a few girls out there that he likes because he is always talking about them. Does he still like me or not? Will he decide that he wants me to go back out with him? Will he come to me and ask me back out and apologize for all of the things that he did wrong and want me to accept his apology? Or should i just ignore him and go out with the guy that i like?
my girlfriend and i recently broke up for the third time this whole summer i treated her like garbage. this last time its hit me so hard. I’ve been miserable she said she doesn’t know whether she wants me again she said its leaning more towards yes ive been a nicer person to overall everyone I sold my xbox 360 one of my hobbies and i bought her a promise ring and gave it to her and today i wrote her a farwell letter, when were alone just the two of us she acts like she used to but once i leave shes different. She says she needs space i give it to her but there might be someone else who lives 45 minutes away and can’t even drive. We’ve been together for 1 year and 4 months and im not ready to end it. Im trying as hard as i can i just dont know what to do.
