I just bought Speed Racer, but a multitude of my DVD’s get scratched and damaged because I have a 3 year old sister that seems to be obsessed with getting into things. -_-;

I’d lock my DVD’s up, but members of the family get into them and leave them out, it really annoys me.

I usually end up making backup copies of my DVD’s using DVD Decrypter or Magic ISO Maker and DVD Shrink to fit my 2 layer discs onto 1 layer discs.

Problem is, both Magic ISO Maker and DVD Decrypter seem to be failing on me lately. (With newer DVD’s mostly.)

They fail to extract the ISO from the disc with read errors. (The disc is in perfect condition and works perfectly in my DVD player and my PS2.)

Can anyone recommend a program that can get the ISO data off of newer DVD’s? (I’m assuming that the newer discs are the problem, since I’ve had this issue in the recent past.)
I’m sure that it’s not the disc condition, considering the data rip always freezes and errors in the same spot (Or around it.) on a multitude of different movies.

My boyfriend REALLY loves Eternal Darkness : Sanity’s Requiem and he played Dragon Age for a week straight till he beat it. He likes games that have complex magic systems that involve combining spells to make more powerful ones. The more complex, the more he likes them.
We have a gamecube, A PS2, a really powerful PC, and soon a wii. Any of those platforms are acceptable.
Also, is it true that the PC release of most games have better graphics than the console counterparts? I think I read that somewhere.
