Ok, well. I just bought swap magic 3, and a 30 pack of Sony DVD-R’s. Now, I just need to mod my playstation, I know it can be done with basically some tape after I open it up, but I want some good visual dirrections. Second, I want to know the file type of the game I need to download, how to download it, and what programs I need to make the game with.
If anyone can help me, I would love them. 
There are so many foreign games I want to play, but I can’t on my playstation.
