My ex has borderline personality disorder (with pathological lying)…we were married 12 years and have 2 kids together. I don’t want my ex back, but I do tend to rant when he has one of his spells (which makes some people wonder why I still talk about him). I just have to talk through things sometimes. Just when I feel like life is good and I’m making progress…certain people make cruel comments and I just don’t know how to handle them. Ideas?
