ok so me and my fiance have been dating for 5 years, and engaged for 1 year. We are both dancers, mostly hip hop. We have two children together 2 years old, and 1 year old. We have been living together for 2 years. Well, we recently broke up and i made him move out. He basically said that he wasnt happy and that he lost that connection and he thinks he might be gay. We were supposed to get married next year. I feel at fault because i would go weeks, or even months at a time without giving him some (having sex). But im always tired, taking the care of the kids, cooking and cleaning, and I was in school at the time..working during the day and school at night. while he just played his video games all the time. Sometimes i just wasnt in the mood, and other times i felt like "why should i give you some when you dont what i ask" But anyway, i have no one to talk to about this. I dont know if i should believe that this is just a phase and that maybe because he’s a dancer and around gay people all the time ..that he’s just gettin feelings of friendship and attraction mixed up. He’s not used to havin close friends, and our gay friends are very friendship and warm hearted and feels good to be around them because they have good spirits. Should I think that he will come to his senses and come back to me and the kids? Or should I just prepare to move on. I cant do that so easily. i am too attached to him and i would be lying if I said i didnt love him. Would I be preparing to marry him next year..if I didnt love him?! For Better or worse right?

IF YOUR ANSWER IS GOING TO BE ALONG THE LINES OF "THAT’S BAD DON’T MESS WITH THAT" THEN REFRAIN FROM ANSWERING.

My girlfriend has been living in the same house since she was born, and before that–that I know of–1 female and 1 male died in this house of natural causes. When she was younger, she did some stupid things, messing around… not knowing what consequences it might cause. She did all types of black magic, and nothing really bothered her in her room until I started living with her. Now there’s breathing noises, cold sensations, hot sensations, tapping on our bodies, ceiling creaks (constantly), tapping on the walls, feedback from speakers, and we’ve both been woken up on multiple occasions, seeing the same man standing in the room or above us. Since this has began, we’ve made dowsing rods and try to talk to whoever is there, but it seems like there isn’t any consistency in their answers to our questions. It’s like someone’s messing with us or too many people are talking at once. It seems as though when I’m alone, or when she’s sleeping, things make more noise, or respond more.
I’ve tried automatic writing, and it didn’t work for me.
I’ve tried recording on multiple occasions, and I heard nothing.
I take pictures and I have one that shows 9-10 orbs, when I was using the dowsing rods.
There (unfortunately) are anti-crosses and upside-down pentagrams engraved in the walls and wood.
When I put the dowsing rods NEAR those the dowsing rods spin around in circles extremely fast. What does that mean?
Some places the dowsing rods will go into a horizontal line. What does that mean?

As far as the dowsing rods go, there are no water supplies in this room. There are no pipes in any of the walls, and the floor isn’t active at all.

Background info: it’s set waaay back when in a world similar to ours but different in many ways, near a place similar to Stonehenge.
***
A woman’s high keening pierced the unnatural stillness of the balmy afternoon.
The entire population of the small village, all one hundred and twelve of them, had come to witness the sad spectacle.
A young girl, not yet twelve years old, clung to her wailing mother in the middle of the village square. Her mother clung to her just as hard in return.
A tall, white-haired woman in a flowing silk robe stood in front of them. She held herself straight and tall, and radiated a grave confidence. Only the lines upon her face betrayed her age.
The wise old High Priestess spoke with slow solemnity as she condemned the child before her.
“By all the power and goodwill of the almighty spirits that watch over us, let this girl become sacrifice to you, great spirits, and let her endanger us no more! Protect us! Let her be gone from our peaceful settlement, and be punished for her sins! Let the spirits of fate determine what becomes of her, and guard us from the black luck she has brought down upon us! Shield us from the forbidden magic of yours that she has meddled in!”
The High Priestess paused, inhaled deeply, and called clearly to all the assembled villagers, “Hesta is one of us no more! Her name shall not be spoken again for three twelvemonths from this day – she is the property of the eternal spirits henceforth.”
With that the aging woman cast a cloud of red ochre over the girl, still cowering by her mother at the High Priestess’ feet.
The heartbroken woman broke her daughter’s grip and stumbled away quickly, before the magical ochre could touch her and include her in the curse. She collapsed in a heap at the fringe of the crowd, sobbing and crying out for her lost daughter.
The girl still stood there in the middle of the square, covered in red powder and staring numbly at the people surrounding her, her mind not willing to comprehend that what she had been dreading all this time had actually happened.
Slowly people began to turn their backs and return to their homes. Hesta was already banished, untouchable, to the villagers now. Even the High Priestess turned away – no-one saw the dampness in her eyes and the pain clear on her face.
Tears ran silently down Hesta’s face too, creating smudgy rivulets in the bright dust there.
A wordless cry escaped her lips, and she ran through the familiar streets of the town that had been her home, kept running, until she was well outside the borders of the village. She did not stop until she literally collapsed, black spots clouding her vision.
Gasping and shuddering, she cried herself to sleep in the wilderness.
***
The book is mainly about a boy called Furn, who meets this Hesta when he moves into the village. Seeing as she is banished, she is greatly feared, like the spirits, and there are grave punishments for anyone who is found to be or have been in contact with her. Dispite the rules, they are still friends and continue to see each other without anyone knowing. However, at some stage Furn’s schoolyard enemy finds out and plans to tell the whole town at the upcoming festival. So it is up to Hesta and Furn to come up with a way of making him look like he is lying… dun-dun-DUNN! :D
So: any ideas for improvement?
Any title ideas??? So far I’ve just got ‘Hesta’s Story’ but that obviously HAS to be changed.
Also, what do you think of the spelling of Furn’s name? Should it be Fern (but that’s a girl’s name, right?), Firn, or Forn? I’m toying with Forn at the moment, but it was originally intended to be Fern, or at least pronounced like that.
:-)
This is my first real novel, so please help me out! Thank you! :-)
aw, you people~! *blushes profusely*

youse are making me all full of myslef! lolz. thanks all!
and yeah, i do plan to eventually send it to a publisher… *gulp*
:-D anyway, thanks!!

The Illusionist

Set in Vienna at the turn of the century, “the Illusionist” is an entertaining and crafty film, bursting with clever and deceitful characters, with a tricky plot to follow.
At the beginning of the movie you meet the illusionist, Eisenheim( Edward Norton), right when his new show is announced to be shut down by the chief police inspector (Paul Giamatti).
The film then flashes back to tell Eisenheim’s background, where he meets an unusual man that has a few tricks up his sleeve. The man and everything then vanishes because no one knew if it actually happened. Eisenheim then was interested, he began to teach himself some tricks. Many people thought that he had special powers.
In the process of one his tricks he meets the love of his life, the duchess, Sophie (Jessica Biel). They become friends, then it gets more serious as they grow older. Sophie is above him in society so their love is not right in society. They are then separated from each other for many years. Eisenheim travels around the world to learn more about his tricks and to perform magic in public. Eisenheim does astonishing tricks, from an orange tree growing within seconds to conjuring spirits, stunning and silencing the audience.
Eisenheim is then informed that the crown prince Leopold( Rufus Sewell) would be attending his show. Crown Prince Leopold, known for his abusive behaivior, was accompanied by the one and only Sophie. The prince volunteers Sophie to be in Eisenheims act, at which he recognizes at first glance. She is slow to learn who he really was but when she finally discovers who he is, they start meeting secretly and make up for the time they lost. The prince finds out, which leads to a long and twisted plot.
Edward Norton, who plays the stiff and artful Illusionist, Eisenheim, is the best choice for this movie. Beside the fact that his accent changes frequently, Norton’s performance is memorable. He gets into his character in a subtle and yet intense way.
The story was told in the eyes of Paul Giamatti, who played the chief inspector Uhl. He was amazed and still a little suspicious of Eisenheim’s ability. Giamatti’s character was serious but very likable. Director Neil Burger obviously knew what he was doing when he cast these actors because they played into their role satisfyingly.
This film was a one of a kind because it tied in everything there should be in a movie, it contained romance, magic, drama and a twisted plot. Even though there wasn’t much dialogue, all the empty spaces were filled with extravagant music that put you in the right mood.
