I am expecting a child with a girl who is married. She wants a divorce but told the ex husband to push it back to keep her insurance. she left him in june and we have been together since july. I am the father and want to have all the rights. She now is saying she doesn’t like me and wants to move closer to her family in colorado. What rights do I have for me and my unborn child>?
My friend:
-dated her bf for 5 years they were engaged the 6th year
-she got pregnant before the wedding
-Husband to be broke off engaement and relationship when she was 8 months pregnant
-She was devestaded but kept it together for her unborn child
-She went to labor to have a healthy baby girl but Doctors did not take the baby in time (lack of oxygen) and baby died at birth
-she is now in a lawsuit with the hospital
-it has been two years
Now her ex bf has a baby boy with another girl…who he got pregnant 4 months after their baby died. SAD
