For months it seemed that I wasn’t achieving my results only because I wasn’t doing enough cardio. I would lift weights like 4 times a week and cardio like 2 times a week. I was bulky, and lean but not ripped at all. Would you say turn it around to get the ripped body and shoot for 4 times a week cardio and 2 times a week strength training? Do you think this is a guaranteed solution to getting ripped the way I want to?

I just turned 14 like a month ago, i am 6 feet and weigh around 180, i am in good shape and i am really strong, i lift weights once or twice a week. i play football basketball and baseball, i want a six pack asap, i can sorta see like a 2 pack in the mirror but only in the mirror, how do i get one fast?
btw i dont have any problems with wieght, im in good physical shape

dedication is not the problem i weigh 135 and i swim then do weights at home but as far as food goes im not sure how much or what to eat. I’m trying 5 small meals a day but what should those meals be and how much of each meal? I’m not trying to build severe muscle i’m just trying to get lean muscle.
